I'm always a bit puzzled by the acclaims given to the SAS bars in terms of flattening out cornering.
I'll grant you, my car with all stock suspension (albeit Boges only about a year and a half old) had some body roll in hard cornering. It never bothered me, and never made me uncertain about the level of grip available.
Since having Abbott bushings put on the rear bar, and new stock bushings up front, there does indeed seem to be _slightly_ less body roll, but no more ultimate grip available. The biggest improvement is there the elimination of the double set into a fast corner.
By that, I mean before the new bushings, I'd turn the car into the corner, and the body would roll slightly, then roll somewhat again as it took a final set. Hard to describe, but easy to recognize if your car does it. Now, it just takes it's set in the corner and stays put.
Nothing against the SAS bars, but I believe this is a strong argument for 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. I don't feel my car is lacking in any area upon which they improve, at least for street use, which is all I do.
