Here in WA state, they only test at two engine speeds: idle, and 2500 rpm or so. Holding the RPM at 2500s is not enough to be even using boost really, and so you shouldn't be having the car run extra rich or anything while being tested. And even if it were (as it should be with my 2.8 bar FPR in place), my car was so far under the limits last time, that all the emmissions readings could have increased by a factor of 10 and it still would have passed with flying colors.
I'd say if you car is running great, and you are still getting similar fuel economy while cruising, then you have nothing to worry about..
I will go take my emissions test probably this week or next, and will report back if there are any anomalies. I seriously doubt I'll have problems though.
If you remove the catalytic converter though, as part of your exhaust upgrade, that might throw some things out of what, but I have heard that some Saabs can pass even without a cat...
