Kevin, thanks again. The wastegate activator acts like a voltage divider network where some of the pressure is droped by passing through the restriction in the feed from the compressor to the valve, I've tried a needle valve in line to adjust the balance of this circuit and it works very well in maintaining higher boost in higher rpms. The tendency for overshoot on boost rises becomes problematic as this also slows down the response time of the system.
Describe the bleed idea you suggested in relation to the 9000 Aero.
