i'll have to disagree with running higher pressures in the front. my fastest times were with mss springs in the front, spg springs in the rear (mss are softer than spg and really help the front-end roll and set for the corner) and no anti-roll bars at all (what are 'sway bars'?...) and running substantially lower pressures in the front. i'd try starting with 26 in the front and 30 in the rear and see where that gets you. watch your sidewall roll and bump up the pressure if you're rolling over the tyre. as far as alignment goes, try 0.1 postive toe, 1.0 negative camber (if streeting the car, or 1.5 if not) and 2.75 caster. rear camber is usually around 0.5 negative stock. most people leave it alone. also ditch those 16" rims and get a set of good and wide 15" rims. take a couple of pounds off your rolling mass and you will drop times. with a smaller rim/tyre combo you will also have better acceleration. and race rubber is cheaper for 15" rims. if you still can't get the turn in you want put the stock rear anti-roll bar back on. disconnect the brake pedal switch that dumps boost when braking. learn left foot braking. bilsteins are good but you might try going with koni adjustables, they are a little better suited to autocrossing and matching the different springs.
of course, things are different if we start talking rallycross ;)
