I've never actually seen a M14 tuner lug, but the problem isn't so much the lug as the hole in the wheel! I've yet to find a single wheel which specifies "tuner lugs required" that will pass an M14 bolt through it. Granted, it's close, but I'd leery of removing material from the bevelled part of the bolt hole... Any thoughts here?
The "adapter studs" I got from a local Les Schwab, but another local tire store chain had them as well. I believe they're $1 ea. I only needed one to test, so they gave it to me. As for measurements, the M12 section is only slightly shorter than the "long" OEM lug bolts, so yeah, they will work just fine if you aren't using spacers.
