Maybe I just wasn't paying attention at the time I had my A/C removed, or the car had other 'issues' ? Then again, I already had water injection, so boost was fairly stable regardless of outside air temp. Don't you have water injection too though, Steve ?

Damn now you have me wondering what I'm missing. Lag does seem pretty low, but that's been the case since I a) got rid of the automatic transmission and b) advanced the timing at idle four degrees. I didn't notice much change in lag at all after having the Abbott exhaust put on, either.

I guess it just goes to show that every car is different. :)
