Both springs and swaybars reduce body roll during cornering.
Shocks improve transient response ie. going over bumps in a corner but will not reduce body roll.
A new set of lower, stiffer springs will get you where you want to be, stock swaybars are good to begin with but thicker bars are available for those not satisfied.
Do the springs and take it from there, you will notice a huge improvement (reduction) in body roll.
