My vote is also H&R, if you do not want to go for Eibachs. Both provide a compliant ride at lower speeds and stiffen up as you start pushing. Non-progressive springs are not a good idea for 9000's.
As far as wheels/tyres go, 17" is the optimum size. 18" gets too harsh and will also drastically reduce acceleration (ask me how I know this...).
