I'm not sure which model pump saabs use. You can see from the graphs that having 13.5V will help flow by 5-8 gall./hr. It's interesting that all four 24lb/hr injectors running wide open should inject a total of around 17 gallons/hour. To maintain the rated 2.5 bar (36psi) pressure difference on the injectors, the fuel rail pressure needs to be 36psi higher than boost, or 25 psi boost+36= 61 psi. at 25psi boost. If the injectors were rated at 3 bar, rail pressure at (25psi boost) needs to be 43.5+25= 68psi.
My question is: at those pressures, don't all the fuel pumps listed flow more than 17gph? If we aren't getting enough flow, the only explanation is the fuel supply line creates quite a bit of pressure loss at max fuel flow. This is all speculation and assumes we use one of the walbro pumps listed.. I didn't double check my numbers either.
