Eric:what you describe sure sounds a like shift linkage alignment problem-however from this distance,this is only a " guess'toment".I think linkage mis-alignment can well be described as the notchie feeling Saab"s are infamous for in stock form-you can't quite make the shift quickly all the time, like you would like to.With Nick's transmission mount you feel very much connected to the transmission-your are not shifting by remote controle.As to what to put in the transmission-I tried Red Line light weight trans-lub and did not like it.I went back to Saab synthetic it shifts better for me.The Red Line works well in the Quafe tranmission in my race car but not in my Saab,strange---ed
