The answers for alignment vary with wheel diameter. We will assume you have 17" wheels. Set rear toe at 0, set rear camber about 1 degree negative both sides, you may have to increase that if you have sticky tires. The rear axle tends to bend under hard cornering, if it does not have camber braces on the rear axle. The front toe about 0 caster about 2.5 to 3 positive. Camber is very fluid depending on body roll and tires. about 1.5 negitive. That is the down and dirty.
Now for more detailed things. Classic 900 Saabs have a high front center of gravity heigth, so that requires a stiff front spring to control roll. When the spring gets too stiff the car pushes more or will even chatter when cornering hard. To help reduce the amount of front spring needed we need to raise the front roll center. The lower control arms should be at least level with the ground. If they go uphill to the ball joint that will place the roll center below ground and require a stiffer spring. If you use a longer lower ball joint so the the arm is going down hill to the ball joint that will raise the roll center and you can get by with a softer spring. If you you use longer lower ball joints that will cause excessive bump steer, so that would have to be corrected. Camber is the most important part of cornering you will have to measure tire temps to find the happy spot. Subjects to learn about are front center of gravity heigth, front roll center, front instant moment centers and bump steer.
As you can tell there is no one correct answer for every one. Every one does not drive the same. However the science is always the same.
For the rear, the rear roll center is the important issue for balanced handling. The rear roll center should bead ajusted for proper turn in then the spring rate adjust to control the push.
There is so much to say I well stop for know and wait for more specific questions or areas of handling you wish to explore.
