I've discoverede that the Jumper Mod is a wee bit aggressive, and with the twidling of the pots perhaps less than optimum.
You also need to mod the Vac Cartridge for adequate 'retard' as well.. or you will not be holding boost.
OEM gauge is actually accurate.(if it's vac lines are healthy :-) yellow/red interface is usually 11/12 Psi. 13/14 would be at least a 1/3 inna Red... perhaps yer assumptions are optimistic .
Other problem you have tripped over is these cars have genuine traction issues.. normal for a modded car to spin it's tires.. often dramatically and invariably inopportunely in 3rd gear with the simple onset of boost... adds lotsa Drama if little actual speed to yr Drive :-)
