That's too bad. I would have hoped that a clone would have been cheaper than the outrageous Sachs price. After all, the cost is only $50 for an OE Sachs PP. The $600 cost of the Sachs hi-po PP is the result of having to stop the assembly line in order to make a one off part #. FWIW, I recently had a local clutch guru working on making a re-worked PP here for me, but he wasn't able to spend the time on it.(he builds custom clutches for Freightliner) He said that if I'm willing to wait, he would build me a upgraded PP with stronger fingers for $100, and he apologized about the price! He was disgusted by the price of the Sachs hi-po plate. Oh well. :o(
