Jak - Thanks for the fast reply. I did try lifting on the shaft, and it comes up some, but not all the way to line up the gears.
MTAERO - This was a rebuilt to begin with, I think those gears are new, I see no wear marks.
nathanb - Will get back to you on that, that's a long answer and I'm at work now.
