I placed an order with RBM about 15 months ago for over $1000!!!

Yes, over $1000.

After placing the order, we went back and forth for several months about shipping. Every time they contacted me, the shipping would go up substantially. This was before the tariffs, mind you. Finally, I said cancel the order. We went back and forth on that for several months- too late for the credit card, then let's try PayPal, and then... nothing.

Impossible to contact via phone. I gave up trying to find a number that would work.

The one email address I had- well, they stopped answering after telling me "well, see, the company is being sold and we can't do anything for you." Thanks a lot.

I tried sending registered letters.

Nothing.

No parts. No refund.

Over $1000.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
