I haven't been able to find any in the last year or so. But I haven't done an exhaustive search. Peter Carson in Oregon is rebuilding V4's these days and may have some on hand.
I used to say "oh, no problem with VSaab parts- I can get everything from Europe no problem." Now of course, the tariffs may be a factor.
As for Skandix, I ordered tons from them when they had US stock. Now, their shipping costs are a non-starter.
I'd go with Classis Saab Racing for pads and rotors. And they have THREE choices of pads!

Other sources are SwedeSpeed https://sweedspeed.com/saab-96/
And the Swedish Sonett Club https://www.sonettclub.se/wp_en/
And while you're at it, I'd think about ordering other expendables. I had to replace some suspension parts a couple of weeks ago. EEURO had the lower A-Arm bushings in stock because they're common with the 900. But I couldn't find any ball joints state-side. Until I make an order, I installed a used one that didn't seem to have any play.
Let us know if you find a US source!
