Bosch Switch Identical to OEM SWF Switch

The Bosch switch got here from Germany and it looks identical in all respects to the original SWF. These Bosch numbers are more common than the hard-to-find SWF numbers. So here’s the interchange:

1973 OEM: SWF 800 086
Bosch Alternative: 0 342 312 002 there is also a 005 version available that is the same but with the addition of an extra accessory terminal.

I found mine NOS on EBay for $65 plus shipping from seller 60581Werkestattexperte. They don’t ship to the US, so I had to ship to the UK first and have it forwarded from there.

There is an Italian source for the SWF numbered switch: http://autoepoca.it/ that sells the switch for $395. And Ferrari will sell you the Bosch version for $1,500! 🙄
