Yes the door and the vent window are the same profile. In fact it's one long piece covering both, notched appropriately for the upright, window frame elements. I have seen one installation where the piece was split at the vent window upright.
The other part numbers you list (AmeriSeal 13480 and Precision UW133-25, RS BZ617) are generic bulb type seals that very different from the original window sweeps.
I would be surprised if the rubber profile used on the Sonett was unique in anyway. I'm hoping it was another 'parts bin' selection that is still in production today, we just have to come through catalogs until we find it. It's a simple extrusion that clips onto the outer door and then sweeps the window pane as it rolls up and down.
