Hi Brad,

it is a 50/50 thing from my experience and what other people here in Germany epxerienced with Skanmobileclassics.

It is a one-man show, Petri is running it alone. I have bought parts from him several times, no problems. Then I bought a part that was not exactly what I expected. Therefore I wanted to return and refund it. Return is a buyers right here in Germany, within 14 days, if bought via internet from an official company (which it is). But Petri then tried to give me the runaround, which I didn't fall for.
He then went silent, didn't answer on any channel available - I called him, I sent emails, I contacted him via FB-messenger and so on. I finally got a response on a FB group where he offered the very same part to someone in Sweden, for whom it would have been the same issue (part not fitting). When I pointed the non-fit out, he started to attack me in public on the FB group with very impudent stuff.

In the end, I had to start taking him to court (it was about a good amount of money). Just before the legal action was about to go live he suddenly sent back the money and took back the part.

There are other people on a german Saab forum that had the same problems. Sometimes it works out, sometimes not (in the last few month it seems more the not working out...).

I heard from a friend that Petri had some accident and therefore health issues now. And there were some info that he announced to go out of business. But as the web presence is still there, it might be that he is still trying to sell parts...

From my experience: Don't do business with him, unless you like to gamble.
