Hi,

I first had to enter a court order / order to pay, which is kind of an automated process here in Germany. It depends on where in Germany I live where I have to place it.

The responsible court then sends this to the defendant, who can accept or refuse this court order. He for sure refused it.

Then I assigned a lawyer to place the lawsuit, which then is placed at the responsible court of the defendant (in Lemgo iirc).
Before this lawsuit started I guess Petri Petrie received an official complaint from the court. Which then was enough for him to send me back my money. And this is where I stopped.

I also informed people in one german Saab forum. There were a few more people with various experiences like mine.

All in all, I can only advice to not do any business with him.
