Anyone at all have shifting problems? Thanks--I was wondering about that top plate--it seemed to me that anything above the plate could be made up or shifted backward a bit--just look at what Saab themselves did with that snorkel contraption!
So what particular Weber and manifold did you fit this way? One-barrel or two? I'm asking because I wasn't able to get data on the height differences between the 34 ich single barrel and the various 2-barrel/manifold upgrades out there.
So if your Sonett II V4 didn't have a shifter problem with the lower mounts and others did, I wonder why?
