I recently got an old Sonett up and running and had many of the same electrical problems. For the tail lights, after checking the bulbs, check the ground to each lamp housing. Mine were loose and once tightened and the corossion cleaned off the bulb sockets all the rear lights worked. The fronts were a little more complex. First with the head lights on (and you have already tested the bulbs) reach through the grill and play with the connector plugs to the headlights and blinkers, also check the grounds for the plugs on each side. If the lights flicker the prblem is the plug or ground. Clean the contacts. The plug grounds are screwed into the frame and mine were corroded. If this still does not do the trick get out your test light and go to the four fuse box on the front left fender in front of all the relays. Check fuses and clean contact points for the fuses. If it still does not work, at the back of this fuse box there are two wires going in and four at the front going out to the lights. With the lights on check which one at the back is hot. If the top one then the top two fuses and wires going out should have power also. Check the bottom also. THis is where I had my main trouble. If you notice problems here, it is usually the fusebox itself WHICH IS FIXABLE! The connections on this thin are rivited and sometimes corossion can get in. I took off the fuse box and soldered all the rivited connections on the back. Works fine now. Since you have some lights work that implies that the relay system and the microswitch works, so good luck.
