Ok here is the deal I have just under a dozen S,onetts II and III and I yes I know I am in trouble. I have flaked out completely. I bought a Honda Goldwing from an insurance company because it was totaled. The motor and trans, shifting are in excellent shape. So what the heck. I bought a 74 sonett... rust buck... it has a good body and good glass. I took everything off, or out of the car and ground down to bare metal and am starting from scratch. My goal is to have a custom car with a Honda mtr that will scream down the road at 150MPH..... Lets back up... I never would drive that fast...trust me. All of my car buddies have told me I have hit the wall. They thought I was a flake when I bought the first one. Now 11 cars later they see I have lost it. The only guys that are wild about the idea are some over the hill pocket rocket riders that can't wait to see what happens next. Has anyone out there, that you know ever done this before???? Your advise or ideas are always welcome. HELP...lol. And yes like I said before I am nuts. But it will happen.
