I would disagree. There are many good dealers, but there are also many good independent shops
too that know as much, if not more, than some dealers. For example;


The Swedish Auto Factory in Santa Clara CA. Paul Perry, winner of many SOC concours awards,
is the founder.


Townsend Imports in Greensboro NC. One should be so luck to live close enough to have one's
Saab service by Tom. He's been working on Saabs almost as long as I've been alive. He also
spends almost every single Saturday night on TSN's tech chat answering questions for Saab owners.
