Engine Swap [saabnow]
Posted by The Saab Network (more from The Saab Network) on Mon, 1 Jul 2002 12:52:20
Message from James Glavin Subject: Engine Swap ================= I have an '88 900T, and I recently blew out my head gasket on a highway trip. I have a '88 900S parts car with a strong engine. In the event that the head has been warped, what would I need to do in order to swap the blocks and turbocharge the NA engine from the 900S? Is this completely out of the question, or are the engines nearly identical as I suspect?
They are both 16v 2.0L engines. --------------------------- James Glavin (508) 579-1700
