Good. Take the head off the parts car. Attach it to the turbo car, use the
old turbo camshafts and bearing caps, and you're done !

If you want to be really thorough, you'll tear down the non-turbo head
completely, have it checked and ever-so-slightly skimmed at the machine
shop, put in new stem-seals, lap-in the valves (using the valves from the
turbo head if possible), and put that back into your turbo car.

The turbo block should not have been affected by the head warpage (provided
it didn't run on coolant for too long). If it's not good enough to be
re-used, you'll have to have turbo pistons fitted to the good non-turbo
block. The old turbo pistons might not be useable for this exercise, so
just getting a whole motor from a junkyard (with tested/documented good
compression) would be a better idea.
