Hello all,

I was driving home from the Dr.'s office this pm and had an interesting
issue. the car did not want to go into 5th.

All other gears work 1, 2, 3, 4,  & R are fine. It happned quite quickly
firs shift to 5th ok second felt a little funny 3rd time like trying to
get into R with out lifting the R-lock out ring up.

Too dark to do much when I got home. All rods seem to be moving in sync
betewwn the interior and where the rod enters trani. I had a similar
problem with a 9000t but it was the taper pin, I don't see one here.
Could it be in the shift housing inside the car or do I have other
'issies'
