1. I can say almost certainly that you need new bushings where your front
shocks bolt up to the body. I have seen several C900 cars with bad bushings
here. Could be the bottom shock bushings, but I have yet to see a car where
those went bad.

Top shock bushings:
88 39 423 - lower
91 00 025 - upper
One of each required per side.
Experienced shop whould be able to change these in 15-20 minutes per side,
without even removing your wheels !

2. I have no experience with dash covers. Sorry.
