Get the general manager of the dealership involved. Saab will do nothing. it has nothing to do with them being in Detroit or Georgia. I have been told that they will almost always refer you to the dealership to make it right.
As I said a few weeks ago, lemon laws are sticky. Has it been in for the same exact thing, that the dealership has seen (not that you see but when they look at it- they don't) multiple times? Do they have it in their computer system as the exact same thing (they sometimes code them differently). I am no lawyer, so I don't know all of the things at play but when I looked into it- mine did not qualify by SAAB or my states standards because of the coding and unable to replicate the issue at the delaerhip on a few instances.
When i had repeated problems with no resolution- I asked for the GM after talking to SAAB. The issue was resolved in 5 days.
