I have a 9-3SS Arc purchased in August of 2003. I have had so many problem with this car (windows, emergency brake stuck, Onstar malfunction, squeaky front passenger seat, etc). The biggest problem I have had is a loud fog horn like noise when applying the brakes in reverse. It doesnt do it all the time. It usually happens after I have been driving for about 5 minutes. I have brought the car to the dealer 4 times and they say its "normal". This morning Saabs regional service rep looked at the car and also said it was normal. I have a lawyer and we are filing a case against Saab. I was wondering if anyone out there has had similar issues. Please let me know. Thanks
