I have watched this discussion go on for quite some time.
And I have to wonder if the noticeable improvement is simply that the system is now at a much higher volume to begin with, so that it is giving its full sound.
Would any of the experts out there actually care to explain by schematics and such why this works? Or is necessary? I have never had any stereo anywhere that needed such a treatment. Why would any engineer even design such an idea?
