I think he know what he is doing! His 911 GT3-R has a ton of power & competed in a few races in the speedvision cup this year. Lack of other sponsors kept him from competing in the entire series unlike last year!
Simply adding a better exhaust & several other add-ons 320-360 HP is possible from the motor. When you add a larger turbo a LOT less heat is developed at the same PSI of boost & you are getting a LOT more power at that PSI to! So if he does do the 2 T4 or T04 turbo's, 15 PSI with that setup could produce less heat then 20 PSI with the OEM units & another 100 HP to :o)
When I added a T3/4 turbo to my 87 SPG, 12 PSI with that turbo simply blew away 20-23 PSI with the OEM T3 & the turbo wasn't even working hard :o)
& remember.....
size doesn't matter, it's how ya use it :o)
I also don't beleive I ever stated 2 is better then 1. Like I beleive I stated, tHe Supra owners seeking lots of power go with 1 HUGE turbo, because it's better!!
