Hmm. The CPO vehicle didn't have any OEM floormats when delivered, either? I don't have a copy of the CPO checklist handy, but I'll check it later when I get home. I would think that a freshly delivered CPO 9-5 would have to have a set of floormats included, but I am not sure.
If it were me, I would go to my friendly local service writer at the Saab dealership (A very decent guy, and very much up on things warranty-related, in my case...) and ask him/her to follow up.
FWIW, I believe that for the first 30 days after the sale, if you take your CPO car to any Saab dealer and have something fixed that's covered under the CPO warranty, the selling dealer who certified the car is on the hook for the cost, NOT Saab. So, it basically costs nothing for your local dealer to find stuff and write it off to the certifying dealer's expense. Of course, if your local service writer is less experienced or not so smart, well....
