I got both of my CPO 9-5's for over $3000 less than what the dealer was asking.
It doesn't matter how much less you paid than their asking price--in order for the vehicle to qualify as a CPO sale, it has to meet certain criteria.
If all of the criteria are not met, then the dealer is not holding up their end of the bargain. The dealer would not have sold the car to you unless you paid whatever they needed to make money on the transaction. If they felt that someone were going to come in and offer a higher price the next day or week, they would have sent you on your way without the car.
Just because you are happy doesn't mean that you should not be provided with what you are entitled to receive upon delivery, and I don't understand why you would feel that you are "pushing your luck".
And just for the record, I have no issues with Saab dealerships--I have always received excellent care both during sales and for post sale service. The CPO warranty is unbelievable--almost every time I have taken my car in for warranty work, they find and fix other things as well free of charge. I understand that they get compensated for this, but it's nice that this happens.
You should receive whatever you paid for, and shouldn't feel like you should shell out money for something that you are entitled to just because you got a good deal. Trust me, when the warranty runs out, you'll need that $200 for something . . .
