I think you'll be happy. Skip the K&N filter though. Just don't do it. Please. I had it on my 9-5 a while back and took it off after two weeks. In the 9-3 the filter is at least up in the engine compartment a bit, but on the 9-5 is sits in the front bumper just ahead of the passenger front wheel. Awesome place for some water to creep up to. Also, as SWEDECAR pointed out recently the oil they use on the filter gets sucked in and covers the MAF. Not enough to wreck it and throw a code but enough for the MAF to send slightly misleading information to Trionic, leading to a rich-running engine. The pistons in these engines are fragile and with some rich running crack very easily. The risks are not worth the measly performance gains. As for plugs, just stick to what the owners manual recommends. You don't need to go putting in fancy expensive plugs, although I think the Aero recommends some $$$ plugs to begin with. Good luck and enjoy!
