Well, mine might have been working (after a clean). Turns out that even after replacing the new one, the LED is not working. It was working during the event, but might have been damaged somehow since it is not working now. Will be checking into this.

Almost for sure the car went into the Immobilizer mode. What was not working were the locks properly. Some would work and some would not with the old one. There are relays on the board for locks and I think they / some of them were toasted. So even if I would have tried to un immobilize the old one, could have still had lock problems.

I will try and attach a picture of the unit. It was nasty on the inside.

So, as far as I can tell, any TWICE module will work on any year. You have to have a mated key with the new one to be able to program the old keys to the new TWICE. He had to mate it AND enter the immobilizer number to get the car to start. It would turn over in either case. Even though the manual says the car will NOT turn over when immobilized, I am not sure if that is correct (need someone else to confirm / deny this).

There is a car right next to me that someone is parting out. I am sure could get the module / key(s) from him and send to you. I will see what he wants for it and the key(s). Then need to replace the unit and get someone with a TECH II / SAAB to mate it and enter the immobilizer number.

The big deal is to get the water out of the car ASAP or mold, etc might make it really nasty. Our waster was fairly clean and we got it out within a day or two.

We physically took out the carper on the front and the foam underneath (cut it out). Also the foam in the back and then turned up the back carpet off of the floor. Let the fans run for > 1 day and now trying to get the think foam dry. Will put back in after lysol, etc.

Please note that the only code that I was getting with the Dirty and Cleaned Damaged Twice was P1460.
