No, I don't sell cars so no need to fool someone.

Well, I don't know why you are so persistent hailing the 4 cyl engine since if neglected it is just as bad or good as the V6.

This is a 2001 9-3 with 16K total miles in Dec 2004 after one oil change at 5K and the next at 15K.
Too bad the customer followed the car manufacturers advice of oil changes every 10K miles and didn't read the fine print that if the car is driven to church ones every Sunday it is seen as severe driving condition and the oil should be changed every 5K miles instead.
And that this was before the big recall hoopla so she was out of luck getting any chance of a warranty applied.

So as you have seen now, it is a lot of misinformation circling and no engine or cars are any better than the other but it might be that this very year with that very engine and that very transmission might be better than this very year with that engine and that transmission.

No one is going to be right on this.
