Our 2005's both have the quick connects. I have done the banjo style on other euros which are fine but I had real problems with the quickie style. I ended up sanding down a plastic quick disconnect tool to get it to fit but it was finnicky at best. Glad I don't have to do it again soon. It doesn't leak but I would play the banjo any day. Perhaps it was just my inexperience with quick disconnects but I recall that something was just not right about the whole setup.
