One solution to mixing would be to pour the oil into a pail and let the oil jug drain for a few minutes, then use a wooden mixing stick that you get at a paint store to stir the oil just like stirring wood stain. That way all the good stuff that settles out gets back into solution and you don't aerate the oil.
I buy my AmsOil in 5 liter containers and pour it into a two quart steel can with a spout, and then use that to pour the oil in the engine. From now on I'll invert the container a few days before use, and then use a stir stick to stir the oil in the two quart can before pouring it into the engine.
