At that kind of speed, everything needs to be *perfect*. Wheel alignment (front and back), tire pressures, the tires themselves. Note that the manual calls for much higher pressure at speeds over 100 mph. Note as well that the '03 probably has different tires than the '00, even though they are the same size and speed rating. I'd want to verify that there isn't a tire issue, so if you have access to the tires on the car that "doesn't do that", move those onto the '03. During hard braking, weight gets transferred from the front to the rear, and the nose dips. The issue at high speed is if there is aerodynamic lift at the rear, there is even less load on the rears. Supposedly the Bosch brake controller senses the lighter loads and reduces braking pressure on the rears, which adds stability. I'd want to know if that is working properly.
