If I had to have my existing 16v head redone, I wouldn't. I'd use the head as a core and go to SPG9 or SAS and get a specialty ported head. Only a couple hundred more.
And yes, a back cut valve is almost like a three angle valve job; it's one of the three angles. There are also five angle valve jobs, reduced stem diameter (below the valve guide..don't go into the valve guide!), etc., etc. Titanium valves/springs, etc. But it won't do a heckuva lotta good with a 6200 rpm cutoff and the relatively modest valve lift in the stock car.
