I found the tensioner was big-time tight onto head but more importantly I managed to strip one bolt which secures cam gear to exhaust cam. You need a good 12 pount socket and breaker bar, plus a helper on the cam flats toward front of car, they will have big adjustable wrench on the cam itself to counteract your force on the bolt. I would remove intake gear, leave exhaust gear on and then move the chain up/down a tooth to where it belongs, and put intake gear back on. You have plenty of slack with tensioner removed. Not too tough and you will be able to bond with your Saab at the same time !!. When replacing valve cover Bentley suggests blue goo-goo on the corners. BR, John
