you have to remove the A/C pulley thats bolted to the harmonic balancer. three 10mm bolts. I then place a long handle 1-1/16", or 30mm wrench, onto the HB bolt and rest the handle into the top side of the Power steering pump pulley. I grounded the coil wire from the distributor cap and bumped the starter motor as fast as I could turn the ignition key on/off. An easy remote starter switch can be made with two clips and a electrical switch. Connect one clip to the positive battery cable thats at the back of the starter and the other clip to the smaller wire pushed on the male spade at the back of the starter. Make sure to remove the small wire to the spade connector first. Don't want any back feed of electric to the ignition switch. I don't know if this matters, just being safe. Just a quick bump of the ignition key will do the same job as the remote starter switch. I only use a remote starter when I need to see the engine turning to line -up TDC
