M14x1.5
Very common from gauge or automotive plumbing sources, very uncommon otherwise.
I would use:
- VDO Vision 80 PSI Gauge: 350-104
- VDO 1/8" NPT 80 PSI sender *with warning contact* - to keep your idiot-lamp intact: 360-009
- a M14x1.5 -> 1/8" NPT adapter.
With the c900, you're going to want to use a length of soft-line to connect between the adapter and the sender. Then you need to mount the sender with a *metal* strap, as it needs grounding.
There are two reasons for using the soft line - the first is clearance - the second is fatigue of the adapter: the further you get away from the fitting, the worse the vibration is, and eventually something will fail. mounting it remotely solves this.
There is a vdo sender with the right thread (a porsche application, and priced accordingly): 360-028
