Here's another opinion, for what it's worth; I've been driving c900s for about 20 years. I'm an autobody tech who's been doing that for 37 years. I live in the northeast. I've stripped 4 c900s this year, (a '93 vert, '94 Comm Ed. vert, 1990 SPG, 1989 SPG. Two years ago I parted out two 1991 Monte Carlo Yellow SEs,...because of structural rot. All were parted because of rust. EVERY ONE of them that showed rust in one corner, showed it in another corner. Where ever the front of the car you're looking at went, it took the back half with it... Snow, ice, rain, tall grass, dirt driveway, etc. I know that this white vert you're looking at with low mileage sounds tempting, but I'd avoid cars with structural rot like the plague. If you have to have one, buy one from west of the Mississippi...You'll be happy you did, and it'll be worth investing in. Rust never sleeps......
