For whatever it's worth, I made the following changes to your harness:
1. I added an 8-pin connector to aggregate power, ground, k-line and CAN. I can then plug in an adapter harness to go out to an SAE OBDII harness or the Saab-specific 8-pin connector (c900/NG900). Either obviously connects to Tech 2, and the CAN wires allow me to connect with t5suite.
2. I added the wires necessary to run the NG900 evap purge valve, since I needed to have that functionality to pass smog. Even if there's just two extra short wires on the T5 ECM connector and the user has to run wires out to the charcoal canister, that would be helpful since the purge valve needs to connect to 12v power... adding it after the fact requires taking things apart.
3. … which wasn't a problem for me because I swapped the two big Bosch-style relays and blade fuses for mini-ISO relays and ATM fuses ( (a la NG900/9-3) because they take up less space and are super easy to find in junkyards there days. Being a small package allows access without dropping the knee bolster or ECM. (Which didn't matter to me either, since my power comes from the back seat, where my battery is. :D)
Just random thoughts. :)
