We have owned four 9000s (presently own two) and the serpentine belt may well be the least of your problem with a failed belt. In our experiences the pulleys (idler and the serpentine belt tensioner) go bad causing belt failure. Also, we have experienced failures of the aluminum bracket that holds the idler pulley, and failures of the belt tensioner bracket. So you may wind up having to replace more parts than just the belt itself. The belt tensioner assembly on these cars is a component that is "not ready for prime time" and is really under-engineered in our numerous 9000 serpentine belt experiences.
