If you don't have records you have no way to know what was done. Most of the big stuff doesn't go before 100K.
Head gaskets can go a long while, especially if you change the coolant every couple of years.
Heater cores will die, but can leak awhile before they truly die. I nursed one on my daughter's car for 5 years. Barr's Leaks helped. Not a terrible job to fix, just annoying and awkward at times. Do the blower while you're in there.
Clutch depends on driver and type of driving. Just did one on one of my '96 9Ks at 182K. That car taught 2 kids how to drive a stick, has towed a trailer and done a couple of track days. But a PO did the clutch on my other 9K at 80K (city driving??).
You can work around the cruise switch. Just did in on one of mine. Or pull one from a boneyard.
Lube your locks and they may work better. But it could be electrical. Needs diagnosis.
Get a used climate control unit, or at least clean the one you have. Also available at boneyards.
Rear washer is probably plugged. A couple of mine have been. Easy to fix if it's clogged at the squirter atop the rear window.
Headlight wipers are cool but always die--Always. They are fixable, but removing them works, too.
I have one car with 186K and one with 155K. Plan on keeping both for a few more years. Keep on top of them and they are wonderful, fun, fast, durable cars. Nothing like them!
