Remove your existing Valve Then try blowing through the orifices. There should not be any leakages. Yes some claim the early ones had leakage under such testings. Nonsense IMO. These either hold pressure/vacuum OR they don't. It's not just the Coils that wear out/fail but the floating. Disc valve inside and the brass tube seats it slaps against.. constantly.
IF thinking that it's your ECU Drive transistors?? Take it out and remove the Circuit board, then Look at it :-) Burnt Transistors will be immediately apparent.
