The injected stroker's oil isn't mixed with the gas/air at all. The seven oil ports cast into the block feed oil directly to the crank bearings (and from there to the rods) and to the three cylinder walls.
That "40:1" gasoline to oil ratio (not rate) I posted is based on my single data point fuel tank 'fill-but-don't-spill', and a 'by-eye' oil tank top-off. There will undoubtedly be accuracy improvement as I add more miles and fill-ups and obtain a more precise average.
Saab's estimate of the three liter oil tank being sufficient for 900 or so miles, and their as-advertised (mixer engine) 25 mpg of gasoline, would imply 36 gallons (136 liters) of gas for 900 miles. If the 44 hp mixer and 60 hp injected engine have similar gasoline use rates, then the 136 liters of gas over the 3 liters of oil is about a 45:1 volume ratio, or alternately about a 300 mile per quart oil use rate.
Regardless, but pertinent to the subject that started this thread
The full synthetic XPS I have in the oil tank now is more than double the cost, on a per volume basis, of the mineral based Castrol I had previously used. I presently plan to return to the Castrol when the XPS is consumed.
